Synopsis

Large national grids struggle to provide reliable energy to rural and remote communities across India and Africa, due to the cost of building the infrastructure. Because of this centralised grids focus on urban areas, and leave the more rural locations behind. Husk is an energy company established by Manoj Sinha, that provides rural communities with an efficient pay-as-you-go renewable energy service that allows households, businesses and community services across rural India and Africa, to access there basic electrical needs and improve their quality of life.
