Synopsis

The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) of India is the government agency responsible for implementing Indian foreign policy. The office of the Ministry is located in the South Block building which also contains the Prime Minister's office and Ministry of Defence. South Block was designed by Herbert Baker, one of Britain's most distinguished architects of the early 20th Century, and built on top of Raisina Hill in 1931.
