The Indian peafowl (Pavo cristatus), is also known as the common peafowl, and blue peafowl. It is a peafowl species native to the Indian subcontinent. Male peafowl are referred to as peacocks.Chitwan National Park is the first national park of Nepal. Established in 1973 as the Royal Chitwan National Park it was granted the status of a World Heritage Site in 1984
