Synopsis

Ngong Power Station is located on the northern part of the Ngong Hills, near Kenya’s capital of Nairobi. It was the first wind farm in Kenya to be connected to the national grid. The farm has the capacity to produce 25.5MW of energy. Kenya has one of the highest potentials for wind generation in Africa.
