Synopsis
Baden-Baden (meaning "The Baths in Baden") is a spa town located on the foothills of Germany's beautiful Black Forest in Baden Württemberg, south west Germany. The area was founded 2,000 years ago by the Romans who built the first set of baths on thermal springs.In 2021, the town became part of the transnational UNESCO World Heritage Site under the name "Great Spa Towns of Europe".
