Synopsis
A supercell storm is a thunderstorm with a deep rotating updraft called a mesocyclone. They are the most likely storm to bring severe weather like damaging winds, very large hail and tornadoes.A tornado is a narrow, violently rotating column of air that extends from a thunderstorm to the ground.
