Synopsis
Scorpionfish (Scorpaenidae) are a family of mostly marine fish that includes many of the world's most venomous species. They are widespread in tropical and temperate seas, mainly in the Pacific and Indian Oceans, but some species are also found in the Atlantic.Cushion star (Asterina gibbosa) is small starfish found in rock pools on western and southern coasts of the UK. All cushion stars are born male but when they increase beyond a certain size they develop into females.Prawn is a common name for small aquatic crustaceans.
