Snowy Mountains and Glaciers along the Lemaire Channel, Antarctica
Snowy mountains and glaciers extend along the Lemaire Channel on the Antarctic Peninsula, with steep, ice-covered slopes reaching down to the narrow waters. Glacial fronts meet the sea at several points, and icebergs are present throughout the channel between the snow-covered peaks on either side.
