Peppered with Open Planet visuals throughout, this film accompanied a powerful and poetic speech by Mary Robinson – a leading voice for the Planetary Guardians. Produced by Duna Films as the opener to the Nature Stage at London Climate Action Week, it takes us on a journey through the point of view of an ageing oak.
In an Ocean Drives Films and Duna Films co-production, this film uses Open Planet footage to highlight the vibrancy that lives within our precious coral reefs. Aiming to transform our perception that ‘all hope is lost’, the hope is that more positive outlook then this crucial living infrastructure can be protected. The film celebrates new findings for climate-resilient corals, made for Our Reefs, Our Future – a global campaign led by WWF, The Nature Conservancy, and the Wildlife Conservation Society – supported by Bloomberg Philanthropies.
In collaboration with CITES and Jackson Wild, the World Wildlife Day organisation used Open Planet footage to bring to life their 2026 World Wildlife Day celebration — a film shining a spotlight on the world’s medicinal and aromatic plants. The video has the highest reach on their Instagram platform to date totalling almost 18,000 views.
Co-producers of Ocean with David Attenborough, 10% for the Ocean use Open Planet footage to advocate for ocean protection on their social media platforms. In this video, intimate shots of creatures are used to draw viewers into the delicate waters that sustain us.
